Bärenjäger Honey Bourbon Smash

It's like summer in a glass, with the sweetness of honey balanced by the kick of bourbon and a hint of citrus.

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 oz Bourbon
  • 1 oz Bärenjäger Honey Liqueur
  • ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ½ tsp Honey optional, for extra sweetness
  • 2-3 Mint Leaves
  • Ice

Method
 

  1. In a rocks glass (old-fashioned glass), muddle the mint leaves with the honey (if using).
  2. Add the bourbon, Bärenjäger Honey Liqueur, and lemon juice to the glass.
  3. Fill the glass with ice and stir gently to combine and chill the drink.
  4. Garnish with a mint sprig (optional).
