Start with a chilled tall glass or mason jar and muddle mint leaves with sugar to release the essential oils and fragrance – gentle muddling or it can turn bitter!
Pour fresh lime juice and vodka into your glass and add the ice to it.
Top off with soda and garnish with a lime wedge or a mint sprig.

For a raspberry Mojito, you will muddle a few raspberries with mint and sugar, so mint oils and raspberry juice will dissolve the sugar. Then repeat the steps 2 and 3.
