Easy Bacardi Mojito Recipe

- 2 oz Bacardí Superior Rum
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- ¾ oz simple syrup adjust to taste
- 6 –8 fresh mint leaves
- Club soda or soda water to top
- Ice
- Mint sprig and lime slice or lime wedge for garnish
Muddle Mint: In a highball glass, gently muddle the mint leaves with simple syrup and lime juice to release flavor.
Add Rum: Pour in Bacardí Superior Rum and stir to combine.
Ice + Top: Fill the glass with ice and top with club soda or soda water.
Garnish & Serve: Add a mint sprig and a lime slice or wedge. Stir gently and enjoy immediately.
