- Muddle Mint: In a highball glass, gently muddle the mint leaves with simple syrup and lime juice to release flavor.
- Add Rum: Pour in Bacardí Superior Rum and stir to combine.
- Ice + Top: Fill the glass with ice and top with club soda or soda water.
- Garnish & Serve: Add a mint sprig and a lime slice or wedge. Stir gently and enjoy immediately.
