Prepare a highball glass or a hurricane glass with ice to chill it.
Use a cocktail shaker and combine the vodka, white rum, blue curaçao, cream of coconut, and pineapple juice before adding a handful of ice to it – shake it vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to mix and chill everything.
Strain the cocktail mixture into the glass over fresh ice and garnish with a slice of pineapple, a cherry, or lemon slice.
