Method
- Prepare a highball glass filled with ice.
- Fill your cocktail shaker with ice before adding spiced rum, coconut rum, blue Curaçao, melon liqueur, pineapple juice, and sweet and sour mix to it – then secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds to combine and chill everything in the mixture.
- Strain the cocktail mixture into a chilled highball glass, and garnish with a slice of pineapple or cherry on top.
