Baileys Irish Coffee Recipe

This delicious cup of hot coffee is a perfect blend of Irish whiskey, Baileys Irish cream, and a little brown sugar, all topped with heavy cream.
- 6 oz strong brewed coffee dark roast or your favorite blend
- 1-2 oz Irish whiskey
- 1-2 oz Baileys Original Irish Cream
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- Heavy cream lightly whipped until soft peaks form
- Optional: Chocolate shavings whipped cream, or cinnamon for garnish
Brew the Coffee: Brew 6 oz of strong coffee, making sure it’s hot and fresh.
Sweeten with Sugar: Stir in 1 tsp of brown sugar while the coffee is still hot.
Add Whiskey & Baileys: Pour in 1-2 oz of Irish whiskey and 1-2 oz of Baileys.
Top with Cream: Lightly whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Float the cream on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
Garnish (Optional): Add chocolate shavings, a little whipped cream, or a sprinkle of cinnamon for extra flair.
