Method
- Brew the Coffee: Brew 6 oz of strong coffee, making sure it’s hot and fresh.
- Sweeten with Sugar: Stir in 1 tsp of brown sugar while the coffee is still hot.
- Add Whiskey & Baileys: Pour in 1-2 oz of Irish whiskey and 1-2 oz of Baileys.
- Top with Cream: Lightly whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Float the cream on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
- Garnish (Optional): Add chocolate shavings, a little whipped cream, or a sprinkle of cinnamon for extra flair.
